Implementation of interpolator classes for BPASS output grids.

Finally all done from my side. Sorry it took so long.

The scipy dependency is still in there. Don't know how easy it is to replace that with numpy, haven't had time to look into that.

I'm working on an example notebook for the tutorials.

@HeloiseS I see that you have added scipy as a dependency - on the release branch a least - so this PR would not introduce a new dependency anymore. I'm happy to change the target branch and resolve any arising conflicts, if that helps.
