Added "order sites by site titles" option in the menu

I think it's easier for people to remember site titles, so adding an "order sites by site titles" option may help people locate the sites in the list easier.

Thanks for the PR, but please edit the .coffee files as all.js is generated from it and any modification will be overwritten.
