Add 377 headicon parsing

Not sure if you want this behind a feature flag or something - it's no longer a 317 after this but rather a 317 loading 377. I don't think it matters as most clients (and servers) have this done

Good job! I will need to think about how best to make this toggle-able, but definitely a good PR and I'll figure something out! Well merge abit later after I give a good think on how to somehow support both.
