ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torch'

I get this even though I followed the installation process, It looks like torch is installed, but it can not find it.

Looks like I found the issue. Make sure you include this in your bat call E:\Programs\anaconda3\Scripts\activate.bat dsd
