note: Keep in mind if the net is stored the answer should be Yes anyway.

Generally it's best to wait to how https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/issues/6503 turns out, and open SCEE ticket only if StreetComplete rejects the proposal (or at least it gets stuck in unresolved state for long).

To me, it seems it is still being considered and extra information polled...
