Disabling the quest type “Can you contribute anything to this note?” in SCEE does not work
Even if the quest type “Can you contribute anything to this note?” in SCEE is not enabled, the white question mark with orange background icon for notes is displayed on the map. I assume this is not expected.
How to Reproduce
- Disable all quest types in SCEE , also disable the quest selection "Can you contribute anything to this note?"
- Go to the location on the map where a note exist. E. g. in Darmstadt, near the corner of Heidelberger Straße and Goethestraße (very close to the example location of #842). But the issue is with any note.
- Download data here.
Expected Behavior
The white question mark icon in a circle with orange background is NOT shown (because the quest type is not enabled).
Actual Behavior
The white question mark icon in a circle with orange background is shown (and in addition on a click on it nothing happens, i.e. the note is not shown).
Versions affected
SCEE v61.1 Android-Version: 15 with One UI-Version: 7.0

I can confirm both symptoms, on similar phone...
Also, disabling that Can you contribute anything to this Note? Quest used to work correctly in some previous SCEE versions.
If someone has some time, it would likely be helpful if they can determine which was the last working version, and in which version it broke.
