Uploaded Note does not show pictures

Creating a note with pictures sometimes does not show the pictures even after upload, and even after manual download has been forced.

Notes (and all quests) were already uploaded before video was taken. Multiple

How to Reproduce

1. have "Show all notes" and "Show all notes means ALL notes" and "Always re-download data" enabled
2. take a note with pictures (it will say "Photo(s) will be attached on upload" when clicked on)
3. later, upload everything including a note
4. check on www.openstreetmap.org that the note is uploaded
5. click on a note in SCEE, it still says "Photo(s) will be attached on upload"
6. manually download the area
7. click on a note in SCEE, it still says "Photo(s) will be attached on upload"

Expected Behavior In step (7) at least (and preferably already on step (5)) it would should actual note with links to pictures

Does it happen in normal StreetComplete? No, SC does not allow for showing own pictures.

Also, I've not noticed it before in SCEE, so usually it probably works. Also, when the app crashed (due to unrelated trying to share too big log https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/issues/5561) it fixed itself (so forced closing might've worked too). Multiple download attempts didn't work.
