Some Osmose quests do not seem to expand variables.

How to Reproduce

• enable Osmose quest
• find 9002/9002016 type quest (e.g. way 1341582403)
• notice that quest says "Osmose quest: {{0.key}}={{0.value}} is not recommended. [...]"

Expected Behavior

• it should say instead "Osmose quest: oneway=-1 is not recommended. [...]" or similar (i.e. expand the variables)

Does it happen in normal StreetComplete? no, StreetComplete does not have Osmose quest
