DESCRIPTION

As the title says, there should be equal spacing between toolbar keys, when user has less number of toolbar keys enabled.

For example, when the user has 8 or less toolbar keys enabled, they always align to the left.

It is expected the toolbar keys should have equal spacing between them (even if only 4 or 5 keys are enabled).
