Hi! OpenBoard is a fantastic project, but lacks some features (like the auto-correction confidence) that you have now implemented in your fork... I'd like to make a donation, but I cannot see any paypal link... feel free to add in in the project description, I (and I think other people) want you to continue this fantastic work, beacuse as far as I know, this is the best open keyboard out there! Thanks again for your work!

Actually this specific feature is already implemented in OpenBoard, but hasn't been released.
I very much thank you for this request, but I'd rather only add such a link after "officially" doing a release, i.e. on F-Droid and not running under the name OpenBoard. I can't tell you when this will happen, and if OpenBoard devs return it may never happen (I would prefer to have the main changes merged there instead of having to do all the maintainance work for my own app, but I've been waiting quite long already)
Please add a donation link before, i would also like to donate, you are already helping everyone so much by continuing developing the app and publishing apks on github releases! Thank you very much for all your incredible work on this!

I'm looking through the options... GitHub Sponsors should be fine, maybe also LiberaPay or a simple PayPal link. Does anyone have experience or recommendations on this?
Personally I never used anything except Paypal, but any option should be fine I think :)
So after linking my liberapay account on the main page and receiving 2 donations via PayPal they already resticted my account... let's see whether they believe me when I say I don't sell anything.
Try using GitHub sponsorship tools. Liberapay wants me to create an account and has a "subscription only" model that I am not a fan of.
GitHub works great for me as a donor and a sponsored developer.
@Helium314 I noticed that your Liberapay page only allows donations via PayPal. Would you be able to set it up so that we can donate with a credit card directly like most other projects in LiberaPay? :)
It took me a little, but finally added a stripe account for credit card on Liberapay. So I hope finally everything is working.
And thanks to everyone who has donated or is planning to! I was surprised by the number of donations so far. (keeping this open because I might try GitHub sponsors)
