Text suggestions stopped showing up in some instances

Issue: The latest version (3.0) stopped showing dictionary text suggestions in some cases.

For instance, if I type in the URL area in the browser (Cromite or Vanadium in my case), the keyboard does properly show text suggestions (see screenshot 1), but if I navigate, for example, to DuckDuckGo's duck.ai website, the keyboard does not show suggestions any longer when typing in text field to communicate with ChatGPT (screenshot 2).

It is the same for many other sites too and is not browser dependant (e.g. happens in both Cromite and Vanadium).

The previous version was working perfectly in all these instances, properly displaying the suggestions.

This might be because there is now and addition to the "always show suggestions" setting, so you need to enable it separately for browsers (more specifically "web edit text"). This is because browsers / websites frequently cause issues with the "always show suggestions" setting (maybe that's why browser text fields usually explicitly ask to not show suggestions).

Thanks so much! - can confirm that disabling "Don't always show suggestions for web edit fields" option did the trick - the suggestions now appear in other fields so far. I will report if they won't appear in any other field.
