Emoji/clipboard bottom row height adjustment.

I feel like the bottom row of emoji/clipboard is way to big, unnecessarily big.

Describe the solution you'd like I want the bottom row to be as tall as my many keyboard's bottom row, so it'd be nice if I could adjust the height of the bottom row in settings

Use case To make it look better, and also add space for more emoji (or a search bar)
