HeliBoard Add voice input method chooser

Currently when I press to the microphone symbol on toolbar opens google voice input. It's nice. But I have not only google voice engine, and want to switch from google to whisper voice input engine (https://github.com/woheller69/whisperIME).

For example, "unexpected keyboard" opens voice chooser on pressing to microphone:

I propose to place similar chooser into config, and allow to swich between one of voice IME found in system, or "always ask". In case of "ask" — open similar chooser on voice input choosing.

just disable Google Voice Input if you have my whisperIME installed. It works perfectly with HeliBoard especially when you activate the automatic mode via (A) button.

I would like this too. If I have to switch back to gboard I would like to be able to still use voice there but use whisper in heliboard!

OK, so @notune created an offline IME transcription app (https://github.com/notune/android_transcribe_app) based on "transcribe-rs (the library of Handy)" and announced it in Handy repo (https://github.com/cjpais/Handy/discussions/195#discussioncomment-15048431) and I just tested it and it works awesome.

It would be great if HeliBoard could add option to select dictation engine (default to desired engine like android_transcribe_app IME or ask)
