Main characters is diplayed as secondary characters in custom layouts

Describe the bug The main character is displayed as secondary characters in custom layouts

To Reproduce Enter Settings — Languages and Layouts — Select a language — Add a custom layout — Insert an additional first line containing digits and secondary characters as shown on the screenshot: Heliboard layot editor

Expected behaviour When the layout is used, the secondary characters displayed shall be some of the added value.

Actual behaviour When the layout is used, the secondary characters displayed on the first row are the same as the primary ones. HelliBoard Numeric work mode
