Timeline data sources do not seem to work (STAFF, DSCOVR)

I tried to load GOES XRS-A,B, IMF Bt data for feb-March 2023 and failed. According to the data availability page at http://swhv.oma.be/availability/timelines/availability/availability.html, there should be data. -> ?

Looking at that page, I also see that GOES data is no longer available since early May -> Has this service stopped?/Is there a way to resume the service?
