Difference between model 1 and 2

What's the difference between model 1 and 2? I can't seem to find a description in the readme or the bio archive paper. Thanks

So far I noticed it takes slightly longer to do predictions and uses more than 2x memory. I wanted to do a small test, by my 4090 can't handle anything more than 220 AA, with default settings. Let me know if you find any info on what the differences are!
