Heltec LoRa 32 version 3 in loop

I just received the LoRa 32 863-928 oled V3 I cannot get it working Arduino IDE 2.2.1 Heltec board/library version 1.1.5 Heltec WiFi LoRa 32(V3) / Wireless shell(V3) / Wireless stick lite (V3) A sketch working with version v2 is not working and get in a continues loop

Having exactly the same problem with Diymore 1262 LoRa V3 ESP32 LX7 Dual Core 0.95" Blue Oled Bluetooth, Type C WIFI Kit 32 Module CP2012 IOT Development Board 863MHZ-928MHz.
