Board type for the Wifi Kit 32 is incorrectly defined with lowercase

The drivers were broken when you changed the board definition from ARDUINO_HELTEC_WIFI_KIT_32 to ARDUINO_heltec_wifi_kit_32. It needs to be changed back to all uppercase.
