Cataclysm MM and BM Hunter APL's

Changes Made

Hunter:

• Added Beast Mastery APL
• Added Marksmanship APL
• Fixed issue with Steady Shot not being recommended for Survival Hunters below level 81
• Added options for recommending Misdirection in rotation
• Fixed some crashes related to tracking cooldown reset with Readiness (Couldn't figure out why this isn't working so commented it out, needs improvement)
• Fixed a crash caused from Chimera Shot using an improper method to update the Serpent Sting cooldown
• Fixed issue with Explosive Shot not being recommended after Trap Launcher of the Trap Launcher Macro setting was not toggled on
• Fixed issue with Steady Shot and Cobra Shot not being recommended while moving even with Aspect of the Fox up

Paladin:

• Fixed Retribution APL to properly recommend Zealotry in the Cleave rotation below level 85
• Fixed Guardian of Ancient Kings to track the stacking buff when used and better recommend Zealotry and Avenging Wrath to sync with the stacks
• Adjusted some Paladins settings descriptions to hopefully be a bit more clear of their intent :)

Further Review Needed / Known Issues:

• Potions are not displayed in the selection menu.
• Tier sets and items aren't added for Hunter or Paladin
• Some custom tracking for serpent sting swapping might be needed to further optimize Hunter suggestions
• Couldn't get state.setCooldown( "str", 0 ) to work for tracking cooldown resets with Readiness on Hunter
• Couldn't find a method to get the pet's current Focus value when suggesting to use Fervor for Beast Mastery APL so it currently only considers the Hunter's Focus value
