Battle Shout and blessings of kings

Describe the Issue

if you have blessings of kings the shout wont go on and hekili says to spam it

How to Reproduce

have a paladin usle blessings of kings that may be better or the same ranking as your battle shout

if they have the kings blessing in general on you id suggest to cast commanding shout instead

i think i meant to say blessing of might what ever is the attack power one

also if another warrior is there and they are casting battle shout maybe cast commanding shout instead or vice versa and if other warrior are casting it already maybe needs a dont cast it
