If there's a spelled out written version, I'll take a look at it. Translating a video and priority written in Go is a large effort.

I've reviewed a bunch of these materials and will work on the UH priority after Dragonflight prepatch releases and is stable.

I'm not able to replicate this issue. Can you tell me more about when this happens? Did you have a ghoul up that died?

This should be resolved by the same fix as #1761 -- I'll post an update in a few minutes.

There are no current Warrior priorities from SimulationCraft that have these abilities. Will update when a priority is written.

This is addressed in release 05.

Do you have a Raidbots sim for comparison?

Have you done any editing/disabling of entries in the priority? It's not clear to me why several entries are skipped in the `finish` list. Are they disabled in your priority?...
