Too many file descripters in select() at high concurrency

Ignaleo may encounter Value Error: too many file descripters in select() when too many proxies are posted into one single process of IGN. This error can force one IGN process to shutoff. Currently I'm not available for the amendment of IGN. Use multiple processes if you really need that many connections. (Do not vote billions!)

Solved in IgnaleoG. You can POST at least 1500 proxies safely to a single process on Windows. (In most cases you don't need that many!)
