Multi-Class heroes can't complete Quests as anything but their primary classes

I had a quest to play 3 games as a mage, priest, or rogue. I did the tavern brawl as Elise (Druid/priest) but the quest isn’t completing. When we had this brawl last week I could complete a hunter quest with the hunter/warrior guy so it should work unless last week was a bug.

Elise's primary class is Druid, while her Multiple Classes tag bitmasks back to Druid and Priest. She presumably didn't count for that person's Priest quest for that reason. Brann's primary class is Hunter, so he did count.

As it happens, I had one Mage quest, and a different Rogue quest, both at 0. Completing a single game as Reno (Mage + Rogue, primary class Mage) yielded the predicted result:
