Completing Raid the Sky Temple causes an animation hang for your opponent

Reported on discord. The Mage Quest card Raid the Sky Temple reportedly causes an animation hang for the opponent when completed. Tested and confirmed.

The hang occurred when the new hero power should have been created. The player with the quest was not affected.

The client seems to recognize the hang, and it reconnected automatically after a few moments.

Also tested Bazaar Burglary (Rogue Quest) with and without secrets and there was no disconnect.
