unable to update collection

downloaded hearthstone fresh install downloaded HSreplay deck tracker fresh install Both are using the same account. The decktracker does track decks during play. the collection does not update, have tried 20 plus times following instructions and the faq on thie website.

on patch day there are always problem , you dont posted which version you was using probabily is already fixed in last version 1.18.9

I understand. I'm on the most recent version downloaded directly from here. I'll figure it out. Not my first rodeo been using this HSreplay since it was initially released.

I have the same problem and am on the latest version. Hearthstone launches just fine from HDT but doesn't recognize any gameplay or collection.
