Not showing cards from new expansion (on mac)
I have tried several times to simply redownload the app in hopes to update it. This hasn't worked. I have then uploaded my collection to hsreplay in hopes that would fix the issue (it didn't). I'm having a very hard time figuring how simply how to update the app, and I feel like I've tried so many things. If anyone has any ideas I would be so thankful! Thank you!
What version are you using? The current is 2.2.1 which has the support for the expansion.
@abby2026 Please post a screenshot showing the problem and attach the HSTracker.log file as well. It would helped if you had used the bug report template but let's see if this helps get to the bottom of the issue.
I see the cards, so what exactly is not showing? The flyover when you hover the cards on the deck list on the right?
The log file can be found by using Help->Open logs directory...
From the screenshot, I don't really see an issue, so I need clarification. The cards are showing on the deck list, are darkened because they are in your hand.
You are correct that the ones in my hand are showing as darkened but there are more which are not included in the tracker like my other copy of the frozen touch. I hadn't realized that but the issue still stands. I'm sorry.
I don't have an explanation for the issue right now. I will let you know if I figure out what happens. Any chance you can try a non Renatal Deck?
Hey - I tried with out the prince renthal and it seems the issue has resolved itself? I'm not why but I'm relieved cause I was starting to loose it. Thank you for your help!

So, does it only happen with Prince Renathal deck? I asked someone else to try the deck (I assumed it was chilly bones) and he reported no issues. Just want to narrow down where it could be going wrong.

That's not the same issue if cards are showing up as you draw. That sounds like an issue with deck auto detection, specially if it corrects itself on the next game.
it doesn't correct itself on the next game so not sure how to fix. Currently on 2.2.2
Please attach the log file so that I can see if anything interesting is going on.
