This version is also cannot track my deck, while opponent's is tracking. I reinstalled hearthstone and arcane tracker, but this problem is remain. So anybody who doesn't have this problem copy your log.config data for me? Or to solve this problem, I will upload my log. Thanks a lot.
Ok everything works if you start hearthstone first and the tracker second.

I did it, but my deck didn't appear while opponent's appear. T.T
Try terminating the tracker and/or clearing it's cache before you start it.
Cheers Martin and maxim, was having trouble but clearing the cache and starting hearthstone first makes deck tracker work a treat
I reinstalled hearthstone because it transferred from Android 10 and was a bit slow, and now the tracker doesn't recognize the logs no matter what I do π

My log.config is empty btw, I have no idea what changed. I even performed a factory reset and reinstalled but still nothing.
Can someone help with this? I don't want to downgrade to android 10 but I will if there's no choice. Although even then I won't see the new cards. @martinbonnin pleeease this is my favourite app, I'll do anything!!
OK I copied the contents of the log.config on my PC (in C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Local\Blizzard\Hearthstone) to the one on my phone and it works now, when I start it after hearthstone.

@Maximm6987 It worked for me, thank you! I needed to reinstall Hearthstone and after that Arcane Tracker stopped working - it couldn't detect logs. And after that I discovered that for some reason log.config file is just empty
Copying the contents of log.config from desktop to mobile fixed it for me too. Do you know if log.config is created by the game or the tracker? Wonder why it's empty on mobile.
@martinbonnin this workaround (?) fixes my issue on Android 11.

I have no idea. I noticed that I start the tracker second, after terminating and clearing cache, and it starts recording only after the second game or so. If it is different in your case, what do you do?
