Channel Sort order

Channels do not correctly sort in EyeContact. For example, channels will sort as follows:

10.1 10.2 10.3 13.1 3.1 5.1

Suggest adding 0 before channel number so that they sort in order. Also suggest to pull frequency field from EyeTV and sort by frequency as that should guarantee correct channel sorting.

I'll look into it - right now the channels are technically sorted correctly but in alphabetical order. This was a workaround since some users reported non-numeric channels.

Also I don't have any means to access the frequency (the iOS App can't do it so I can't do it),
