Skipping lines from IRC

First of all, I'd like to thank you for this app!  It's helping us stay connected with the few people who refuse to migrate from IRC to Discord.  So many thanks!

As for the problem, I've noticed that every once in a while, especially after long inactivity in chat, it skips some lines from IRC.  Rather, things that people type on the IRC side do not get relayed over to the Discord channel.  Strangely, the lines DO appear in the log - not a single one is missed in the logs, but the lines don't appear on Discord.

So far, it doesn't seem to be missing Discord -> IRC.

I've attached an example of the IRC/Discord/log discrepancies.

Oh right, forgot to mention that I'm running this on Windows 8.1, on a spare NUC that I had lying around. Not sure if you would require any further details, but if so, let me know. :)
