getblock not available using json-rpc

as we thought the blocknotify should notify a block hash, but we cannot get a block using getblock with received hash string via json-rpc. please check

there are still pools out there using blocknotify? just poll the pool and check for when 'getblockcount' changes..

it is not about blocknotify, but getblock via json-rpc. it seems cannot get block info using json-rpc, but it worked in the debug window
