Updating Chromatin Profiling Based on Issue #43

Follow up PR for issue 43. Adding in combined instructions/example for generating chromatin along with preprocessing code to generate coordinates.

This is based on reading through the different repos and conversation in the issue itself. Im right now finalizing testing but wanted to share to see if there was interest and also get feedback on the instructions
