Tests against Greenplum on Travis

As we're bitten by silly bugs like #495, we should find a way to install GP and run a few segment instance on Travis.

We could also run test suites with PL/Python and without.

@SenWu Let's try to get this online asap. My notes and scripts for raiders kept in https://github.com/HazyResearch/greenplum-howto may be useful for Travis as well (gpdb.install.sh).
