This feature was added in https://github.com/sigstore/cosign/issues/2904. Is there a formatting issue with the rekor response you’re trying to attach?
I don't have much familiarity with this part of the codebase of Cosign, but this seems correct.
@mhutchinson A related issue to what we chatted about. It would be helpful to log deployers if they could use a canonical image rather than maintain their own. Another alternative...
