Automatic haxe version detection for project macro

As you can see, it thinks the haxe version is low because it doesn't detect it automatically.

As in the image, it is necessary to add the haxe version to the project macro manually.

Adding it manually as seen in the image solves the problem.

We also know from the image that intellij knows the haxe version, so it shouldn't be difficult to integrate.

its a known problem but since you can set these values manually it has a work around. at some point i hope to be able to redo the entire project/module structure, but that would be breaking changes and i want to delay those as long as possible.
