Haxelib repository access rights error

I tried to install haxeflixel and this comes up I tried to look up the solution it wasn't there and checked the issues and there was no answers I would love to know how to fix that.

Not sure how you ended up in that situation. Maybe you installed haxe with another user or with administrator rights? Not used to windows at all..

Try to create D:\HaxeToolkit\haxe\lib folder yourself and make sure it doesn't have access right restrictions so that your current user can read/write there without restrictions.

by creating the folder you mean by just creating the folder and change the path to there? Edit: nvm
