Creating a haxelib package

I hope this is the right place to ask a question about this project. :)

Is there a way to create the haxelib.json file without having to create it manually? Something like npm init, though the command-line?

For now, you can just copy it from some other project, but I agree this is a nice feature, so let's implement it at some point :)
