README should be added to the root level of haxelib package. And, prehaps, add following line in "How to use" section:

haxelib run as3hx test/ out/

Perhaps also mention (earlier on), that besides being downloaded from github, as3hx can be installed like any other haxe library via haxelib install as3hx

Quickstart: Install: haxelib install as3hx Run: haxelib run as3hx src/ out/
