Im using Haxe 4.2.5, I'm trying to make a Friday Night Funkin' Mod, I CANT. You guys need to make something that makes it so we can downgrade our versions, I'm tired of this bullshit, I'm tired of the auto-update your extension does, I want to be able to make FNF mods without having to deal with this BULLSHIT.

And your thing doesn't update itself, I installed haxe 4.1.5, it says 4.0,2, but in vsc its 4.2.5? What the fuck is this.

this isn't a flixel complaint, it's a haxe complaint. none of the people here have control over how haxe works so there's no reason to get mad at us and even if this was said to the haxe team, you're not really saying anything constructive.

The error in your image has nothing to do with haxe versions, your game code is referencing a cpp-only lib without an #if cpp wrapper.

For VSC showing 4.2.5 you might need to restart the program or your computer to see that change.

To know exactly what version you're using, run: haxe --version if you say haxelib version that's the version of the haxelib package manager, not the version of the haxe compiler. haxelib's latest version is 4.0.2, so that would make sense

or your trying to build for windows do a #if cpp then end it off with a #end
