GPU execution requested, but not compiled with GPU support

When calculating the loss, I keep getting this error message. GPU execution requested, but not compiled with GPU support. When checking the loss value, it only shows 0. Then it ends.

I use CUDA 9.2, python3.7, torch 1.3
