Teamserver-Client: Allow for resizing of GUI window bars

Issue: As a user, I am unable to edit the title bars within the Teamserver-Client window. This means that I cannot display reaaaaaally long hostnames or listener names. I would also expect to be able to resize the bars so that I can move most of the bars to the end, so they are clustered together.

Solution: Make the title bars within the display boxes resizable.
