Remove Letter box with any other changes plugin - Tdarr_Plugin_e5c3_CnT_Remove_Letterbox

There is a plugin already that removes the black bars from videos but this one also down scales everything to 1080p. Could anyone create a new plugin or make the existing one (Tdarr_Plugin_e5c3_CnT_Remove_Letterbox) configurable to not downscale?
