I don't know if it should be considered a 'Bug' or 'Feature request', but some movies and tv episodes have both regular subtitles and SDH, sometimes even for commentary. Would it be possible (as an option) for the plugin to check the Title field of the subtitle, scan for SDH, and extract that srt (and name it .lang.sdh.srt)? I tested on a file with both regular and SDH subtitles and it pulled the regular regardless of the Default flag or order of tracks.

Since I have no idea about complexity of the coding and such, I suppose ideal in my mind would be if it were to scan the Title field and ignore Languages (unless the assigned language is Undeterminied), if SDH is listed apply the proper SDH tag, if Commentary were listed perhaps put video.lang.Commentary.mkv (or whatever). Thanks for all the work that's gone into everything so far!

Can I double this issue? I'm facing the same problem with multiple subtitles track with one language in a media file. This plugin will extract only one of them.
