Review and standardize "listen" CLI arguments

CLIs and arguments that need review/standardization:

  • [ ] run_node --status
  • [ ] run_node --stratum
  • [ ] run_node --listen
  • [ ] run_merged_mining --port
  • [ ] run_merged_mining --status
