speed up the game

i do other stuff while the game runs because it's soooo slow.

i know the enemys get killed by my towers so there is no need to buy something for 10 waves.

i suggest to implement 3 speeds: normal, double and tripple (try out if still playable)

This and other anti-tedium features (like ability to auto-next wave) should be prioritized. This game becomes tedious very quickly, in part because it's so easy to set up line of towers that will keep winning longer than you will have patience to watch the game. Also triple speed is not enough. You need at least 10x or 20x.
