Upgrade bug

Thanks for this awesome package manager!

I noticed a bug. When downloading and installing 3.0.10. I do the upgrade command.

It upgrades indeed but it updates to 3.0.9.

I can confirm that this still happens on the 3.0.12 version. When clicking on upgrade it automatically downgrades the version to 3.0.9
