Improve description of GetIt entry

While I value that you put this IDE expert into GetIt so it can be installed right from the IDE no new users will do this, as they won't know what Boss is. The current descriptino says that's an IDE expoert for Boss. If it would at least contain a single sentence describing that Boss is a package manager of some sort that would be really helpful.

And reading the descriptino I do not know if I need to install Boss myself or if that's installed along with the IDE expert.
