Armor Rating Display - Resistances and Weaknesses Plugin

I was advised to wait a week and if we still liked this idea to create a github issue for tracking it.

Concept to display an enemies weaknesses and resistances when targetted.

Ideally just displaying some unintrusive icons and values or whatever is appropriate.

Crawling the wiki for these values was also suggested.

I'll note that while wiki uses those icons for armour ratings (various weapons, ele headpieces) there actually aren't any examples of icons for the damage types native to the games themselves to use (which is why wiki resorted to that). If however you want me to source a nice looking collection (I can include a holy icon for https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Undead_sensitivity_to_Light foes, another one for demonic servants of abaddon [lightbringer title vulnerable]) just let me know.

Me again. I thought I'd make those damage type icons, just in case you'd like to use them. i realised a pretty good effect could be achieved by using the many Gw1 skill icons, but as orbs.

Elemental: Physical: Misc effects: (For this category destroyers, demons and charr could be added [vulnerable to various titles] but I struggled to think of great icons for them.

They are a high resolution so they can be downscaled to a more appropriate size on your end.

The images used on the wiki can be fetched directly from the game via toolbox, so no need to worry about making them from scratch. I don’t think chaos etc are in the wiki anyway
