Pcons status advisory suggestions

Problem: Pcons status is invisible on a collapsed Pcons window. Proposal: A collapsed Pcons window should reflect the Enabled/Disabled status. Suggestions: (1) Pcons window header text might be red/green to reflect status, (2) supplementary Enabled/Disabled status text in the Pcons window header, (3) Colourise the Pcon window header to reflect status.
