add more options for minimap click modifiers

There are 5 things you might want to do when clicking on the minimap: click-through, pan the map around, target an agent, draw/ping, or click to move. However, there are only 4 possible modifier keys to select these actions: Ctrl, Alt, Shift, or none. Please add the following, to give people some options: Ctrl+Alt; Ctrl+Shift, Alt+Shift, and Ctrl+Alt+Shift`. Maybe also include options for clicking with middle and right mouse buttons. I realise this would increase the options from 4 to 24, which is potentially a lot of clutter in the settings, but you only have to look at it when you're changing the modifiers. If it's really a problem, maybe some vast brain individual can think of a way to make it pretty.
