Re-enable quest icon on world map

A Guild Wars update a few years back wiped out the quest marker on the world map, so its difficult to see where the current quest is supposed to take you. Investigate the codebase to see if some kind of flag has accidentally been unset or omitted, maybe we can fix it client side
